All services provided are subject to standard liability limits unless the customer declares a specific value and confirms insurance coverage prior to shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any declared value and insurance requirements are communicated clearly and documented properly. Payment terms are net due upon receipt of the invoice unless written credit arrangements have been formally approved. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. The customer must provide a complete and accurate cargo description, including weight, dimensions, and contents, along with all required documentation to comply with applicable transport and customs regulations. Any inaccuracies or incomplete information may lead to delays, penalties, or additional costs, for which the customer will be held fully accountable. The company reserves the right to refuse or delay services if the provided information or documentation does not meet the required standards.
